The AROHAM leadership team has implemented many impactful IT solutions using a wide variety of technologies to meet diverse challenges to the private sector and Federal, State and Local government agencies, in addition to servicing the Commercial space.  Meet our executive team:

Isha Arora

President and Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Arora is a highly capable executive with over 12 years of experience in IT management consulting services. Her experience, prior to starting AROHAM, included leading technology audit portfolios for large-scale global financial institutions, and also includes highly technical capability in overseeing complex integrated audits.  Her experience also included navigating complex client challenges and providing unique solutions while at Deloitte Consulting and KPMG's IT Risk Advisory function.  Isha is also a certified life coach in her spare time and enjoys working with underserved young women to help them navigate difficult challenges of day-to-day life and provide career guidance.    

James V. Abraham

Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Consultant

Mr. Abraham has nearly 20 years of experience, in both the Federal Government and Commercial enterprise space. James has had vast experience helping clients identify problem areas in their technology infrastructure and in developing customized solutions to remediate issues.  He also has a strong acumen in finding operational efficiencies in both key business processes and technology areas, helping clients save money and resource time.  He has extensive experience in risk management and all components of cyber security assessment and implementation support. His experience, prior to co-founding AROHAM, included serving as the technology audit lead for several large-scale financial institutions, including the application of agile methodologies and internal audit transformation into various Internal Audit functions.

Sabal Arora

Chief Digital Officer and Sr. Consultant

Mr. Arora has over 10 years of experience managing and executing a broad range of IT management consulting projects focused on planning, analysis, and implementation of solutions in support of IT UI/UX design optimization.  He served as a lead consultant for Deloitte helping to enhance the end-user experience for several Commercial and Federal clients.  Additionally, he has led multiple clients in the commercial entertainment industry improve their customer login experience and to provide a more seamless operating model for their businesses.
